This revitalization project transformed a hotel and mall into an updated cultural hub for the city of Windsor. The redesign included bright comfortable suites and stunning gathering spaces. The lobby was renovated to include a two story opening, feature underlit staircase, custom lighting that resembles trickling water cascading across the ceiling, a banquet room with angled inset wall lighting that opens to the second floor common spaces and to the Detroit skyline. A new pool and gym was configured and board room implemented. This new space not only attracts and engages international guests, but draws local visitors to the area, as it continues to assist in revitalizing the city’s waterfront.
